Double navigation to display all life stages (including "summary" which has not been designed yet)
Aqua coloured line below the nav bar that "fills up" as you scroll through the page. This acts as a visual cue to the user to show how much more content is on the page.
Navigation + coloured bar should be sticky
At the start of the article display a label that notes how long the read is (e.g. 12-minute read), can we average this out over the number of characters/words on each page?
On the right of the page use markers to indicate sections within the article. Highlight and show the current heading, and on hovering over the other sections, display their heading labels. Users can click on any of these headings and jump through to that point on the page.
