Content model management

We might need to figure out a strategy for managing the content model in contentful.

This could involve a few things:

• Limiting access so only a few accounts on Contentful can modify the content model
• Documentation on how to change the content model, dos and donts.
• Controlling the content model shape through code, and updating it as part of the build pipeline (started by @davidbasalla #9).
• Finding a way to try out new content models in the "Pride Test" contentful space and then promote them to the production space.
• Creating migration scripts that use the content management API to perform more powerful data modifications (investigated by @davidbasalla #10).
• Create a script to generate lots of mock data in the Pride Test space (I'll probably need this while working on sync functionality #16).
