broken nav bar on error 500 page #239

to repro

  1. Run react.london dev environment without badger brain running.
  2. go to http://localhost:8080/
  3. Try and click any of the navigation bar items. There doesn't seem to be any href attribute on them at all.

Unsure if this applies to staging as well - presumably.
