'Speakers' heading doesn't fill whole width of page

At anything but desktop size, the 'speakers' heading doesn't fill the whole width of the page:

It just fills the width of the number of speakers.

Verified that this is still happening.

This issue is still happening with page width below desktop layout (980px)
