Acceptance Criteria:

Code of conduct headings should be in font size 20 Code of conduct heading are the ones that read "Code of Conduct TL;DR — Don't be a Jerk :)"

This was a test PR for QAs to practice branch testing on - I meant to do it on my forked repo...
