Event details: Change 'Upcoming' section text hover to be lighter grey #166

STAGING

  1. Go to the an Event details page
  2. In the 'Upcoming' section hover over an event title - notice that text colour doesn't change.
  3. On hover-over, use the lighter grey currently used on the Blog 'Recent articles' section hover over.
