GPIO3 to wake up Pi not working when IoT pHAT connected #32

Hi. I cannot wake up my Pi Zero or Pi B+ when the IoT pHAT is connected. It works with it disconnected, as per https://elinux.org/RPI_safe_mode#Wake_from_Halt.5B1.5D I was wondering if this would require a new dtb/eeprom configuration, or...? Thanks.
