Sparklite landing page is not IE compatible #1

We will have a small set of users on IE. Maybe parallax won't work but the site should at least be presentable.

Fortunately the numbers are low

  1. Internet Explorer 14 (2.24%)
  2. Edge 12 (1.92%)

But it looks like garbage on IE and Edge both (especially IE)
