Add Documentation for Adjust Numbers op #249

Issue #204 added a new operation, but the wiki has no documentation on it.

Add documentation similar to the other operations (ex: https://github.com/redbluegames/unity-mulligan-renamer/wiki/Rename-Operations#to-upper-or-lowercase)
