First column is incorrect size when first opened #253

When first launching the window, the first column has a bad size if you right click - Rename assets. It seems to also be broken if you just open the window directly.

Note there are debugging tools to delete stored EditorPref values, but they don't seem to reliably reproduce this, I think because you have to delete them while the window is open and it probably regenerates the saved values.

With Mulligan open, hold shift and click presets. Should show "Delete preferences".
