When using IE9 in the ReDBox main workflow (ie. add/edit dataset Coverage tab) the place name lookup does not add a dropdown (auto-complete) list for any place names under OpenStreetMap, nor under the location 'Value' (when Type has been set to 'Free text').
However, the dropdown (auto-complete) list works fine:
for Firefox ESR 24 & Chrome 30 browsers
for the same 2 widgets in the self-submission workflow
