Solution for time being is to provide DCUfm with a vpn config file that allows access to the icecast server running internally. This allows for the stream to be sent to icecast, and icecast to broadcast it out to listeners as need be.
The current port + ip for the icecast server are restricted to wheatley (10.10.0.5:2333) while internal DNS is resolved.
Documentation for connecting to the server is here
ISS need to create a route between 10.0.0.0/8 and 136.206.16.4 before we can advance any further.
Part of a wider problem, #7

DCUfm can access the VPN, can stream to Icecast, need to update docs to reflect changes made
Docs updated.
DCUfm require Icecast to be reverse proxied to allow their radio to be heard on the internet.
As of now Traefik can do the http, tcp is a different issue
