Duplicate, case-insensitive names allowed #5

The app allows for the exact internship details - location, email, etc to be added again if the poc's name is added with different case sensitivities. Logically, if the location, email, etc are all the same and the only difference is the poc's name case, it is more likely to be a user type error and should be treated as the same as it is unlikely for the same company to assign two different staff the same email. However, this shouldn't affect the user too much.
