win10 x64: installed wallet doesn't show up for all users #113

After having installed the wallet, there's no Reddcoin program group in Start button, I guess it's because it is only installed for the administrator account and not for all users.

More correctly, it is installed for the user account that ran the installer @watery closing issue as no further action required
