Reddcoin wallet not recognize some urls.

1) html link work correctly - <a href='reddcoin:RbjQA3FfY371Djayp6iqy4JubWV8DztFZU?amount=195.9769&label=Payment'>Test1</a>

2) wallet ignore 'amount' - <a href='reddcoin:RbjQA3FfY371Djayp6iqy4JubWV8DztFZU?amount=42195.9769&label=Payment'>Test2</a>
