App fails upon initial launch #5

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download 1.0.4 zip
2. open the zip
3. run the app

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
First time running the app, I got this error message (Screenshot attached)
"Error: Project -> On Startup, Line 189: Argument 4 must be of type string."

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.0.4 on Windows 8 Enterprise

Please provide any additional information below.
First time attempting to use this app.  I didn't see any specific installation 
instructions on the wiki.

Beyond 'press the settings button', but I never got to see anything with 
buttons, just the error dialog above.
