Fixed link and enhanced intro #612

Fixed link to baseplate.py and added more information on how to get started.

💸 TL;DR

I previously got forwarded to a 404 page when trying to access baseplate.py by the provided link. I fixed it by replacing "baseplate.py" with "https://github.com/reddit/baseplate.py". Also added some information inside the intro.
