Google Fonts Onboarding: QA FAIL: Check copyright namerecords match license file #4

Google Fonts onboarding uses FontBakery for QA. All FAIL level checks from the universal, opentype and googlefonts profiles must be passing in order to onboard fonts to Google Fonts. Exceptions can be made if necessary.

🔥 FAIL: Check copyright namerecords match license file. (com.google.fonts/check/name/license)

🔥 FAIL License file OFL.txt exists but NameID 13 (LICENSE DESCRIPTION) value on platform 3 (WINDOWS) is not specified for that. Value was: "SIL Open Font License v1.1" Must be changed to "This Font Software is licensed under the SIL Open Font License, Version 1.1. This license is available with a FAQ at: https://scripts.sil.org/OFL" [code: wrong]

This should be fixed in the latest version (v1.012) of the fonts.
