Week 1 ballot submitted, not counted. Receiving authentication errors or 1hr approvals only w/ reddit. Mobile (Android latest) submission also errors out after submission, receive random 403 errors. r/CFB Authentication. Willing to help troubleshoot. Issues also reside with game thread scheduler, poll, pick'em, etc. u/fo13

Your ballot was saved, but it doesn't appear to have been submitted from my end.

The "1 hour" thing is just how long the token reddit issues lasts, but once the poll site has used the token from reddit to verify your reddit account, it issues a separate token to keep you logged into the site (which lasts much longer).

Game thread scheduler and pick 'em are completely separate.

We notice sometimes users have issues logging in on mobile due to interference from the reddit app. I'm not sure there's a great solution for this? You may have to disable automatic handling of reddit links by the app.

If you can get me more details about the 403 errors or anything else specific I'd be happy to investigate.

Would having an edit and re-saving the poll create the possible disconnect? I noticed that during my initial submission, there was some incorrect verbiage in my reasoning. I made the edits, saved, and resubmitted. That is the only thing that I did out of the norm. Since I did save it before, I got the notification that the edit, if not submitted, would still produce the poll since it was previously saved. So now I am confused... which isnt hard to do.
