Add css syncing to redditcss.py

Use the praw package to sync the css everytime its regenerated. Prompt user for credentials and reddit name

I wrote a cherrypy script to run under nginx proxy_path to take care of this. A github Service Hook (Webhook URLs) with the url of http://rwow.fluxflashor.net/updatestylesheet/ will take care of automatic updating. I need to clean up the code a bit before I commit it since I have my username and password within it rather then pulling it from a local file which praw supports. I'll wait until we get the org/r-wow account setup on github so it can live in it's own repo.

How it works is essentially:

• Commit is made to repo
• Github sends a chunk of POST JSON data to url
• Script pulls latest changes from the repo
• Script compiles all our css into one file and uploads it to /r/fluxflashor (it can do multiple reddits if needed)

I'd like to add tag support to it so if we push a tagged release onto github it will magically update tagged releases to /r/wow. I'll worry about that later.
