Fix issues 5,6,7 #9

Not specifying a type will result in an error (doesnt default to high-memory anymore). Added a validator to make sure type is either large, cluster-compute, or high-memory.

Added an option --zone, so you can specify: lein run --emr --type large --size 10 --bid 0.30 --zone us-east-1b Default zone is us-east-1d.

Added --ami-version "2.0.5" to the elastic-mapreduce script
