Functionality - delete records functionality missing in ITG and Gemini #1

User should be able to delete records in the [GLCDW].[SDD_ITVM].[ITVM_Locations] table. The record does not physically get deleted but the [GLCDW].[SDD_ITVM].[ITVM_Locations].[RecordStatus] field changes from the default "A" to "D". Also, DateDelete and WhoDelete field should be updated in the record. Before deleting give a message as in legacy - screenshot attached from legacy. The delete need not be a button as in legacy.

These changes should be applied to BOTH ITG and Gemini Search Grid.

The information when you hover on Delete button shows "Print" - should be "Delete"
