Add the date column in the grid after "SR Name" column - date is whatever they are filtering by. Not easy to convert what we get into the data formats so changed Column Header to tell what is displayed depending on what user searched on If user user Month or Month Range option it will show YYMM ( say for 2019 oct we will show 1910 ) if user selected Weekly we show ( YYWW ( say for 2008 weeknumber 5 we show 0805 )

Functionality
1) The "Select Gemini Only Option:" drop down should have "All" option and should default to "All" when the user first comes to this page.
2) Add the date column in the grid after "SR Name" column - date is whatever they are filtering by.

1) Option buttons when selected can you make it green - not red
2) Bring option buttons "ITG" and "Gemini Only" closer to the "All" Option
3) Give some space after "Select Gemini Only Option:" and the Drop Down box
4) Give some space between the date range options - Month, Month Range and Weekly. They are too crowded
5) Extra line after the check box "Group By Retailer"
6) Extra Column in the grid at the start of the grid - looks like a blank column
7) Grid Header - "Retailer Name" is misspelled as "Retainer Name"
