ITVM Search screen freezes after few minutes #15

The search screen freezes after few minutes and none of the searches work, the user has to go back to another screen and come back to make it work again.

No video attached. We didnot encounter screen freezes, Any steps to reproduce please ?

Just leave the screen on for 20 min and try to do another search - it will not work

We tried waiting various different time spans, but not freezing Any log entry share when you try again afgter waiting ( when you think it will freeze )
