1) All the controls which are not editable should be in its own section
2) Retailer Name text box should be expanded
3) Retailer Address text box should be expanded
4) All editable/data entry text boxes should be in a separate section with a line separator

5) Scheduled Installed Date, Installed Date, Trained Date and Removal Date should NOT default to today's
date and should be left blank - let the user decide.
6) The drop down fields though editable look greyed out - they should be white -
example - Exiting ITVM, Offered ITVM, Connected etc.
7) The spelling of County is misspelled as "country" should be county
8) OL Sales Type field can be bigger text (see legacy) - should be allocated enough space - 2 columns
