Ticket Search - Many features missing compared to legacy

1) If ticket not found then message should appear "No records found for ticket number entered.'

2) Print button missing

3) "Clear" button missing

4) "search" is not giving any results

attached screenshot of legacy and new web.

Print button appears on successful search It doesn't seem that database is properly connected.
