Adding Request - Rename Clear button #59

Rename Clear button to "Close" and upon close take them back to the previous screen then came from, the customer grid screen

Upon Saving the Request the "Save" button should be disabled and the user should not have any option but to close the screen and go back to the customer grid screen. The Edit customer screen is behaving like this for your reference.

Ideally once saved - all controls above should be disabled as well except "Close" button.
