I suggest removing Deadc and Bitphone from the list #268

I suggest removing Deadc (https://deadc.net) from the list because it claims to be "the most private way", but apparently uses google analytics, according to the uMatrix firefox addon.

Bitphone seems to be a dead project, so I suggest removing that project off the list too.

Rather than delete them, I've moved them to one of the *-dead sections (and annotated that one uses GA). Sorry for the super-slow response..
