Go behind someone that isn't paying attention, and instantly kill them.
I've made 2 animations for it, which are a Suplex (grab someone and throw them behind you, breaking their neck), and a basic neck break, which you slowly reach to their head, and snaps it.
I feel this could become a interesting mechanic for managing to get behind someone in a stealthy manner, and help the spectacle of parkour.
Just imagine throwing people from the roofs of Ubik?
I've also made a test map showcasing all of them to help visualize how it could look, in-game.

It has all the iqm files, being suplex-receive (player getting assassinated), suplex-execute (player doing the action), suplex-movement (with the empty parent position data), neckbreaker-execute, neckbreaker-receive, neckbreaker-receive-movement.
