When you move or copy - paste entities links are not retained. This makes both duplicating patterns as well as moving an area problematic since everything needs to be re-linked manually after the change.
Easy way to reproduce: Create a light and lightfx entity. Press L to link them. Create a selection box encompassing them both. Press and hold U to move the selection. Once the entities have been moved they're no longer linked.
