At the moment we don't have persistence for console commands, a feature most engines and system consoles include so users can browse and reuse lines from previous sessions. I suggest storing console input in the user directory (eg: ~/.redeclipse/console.txt) so that even after restarting Red Eclipse, the up and down arrows can be used to navigate through the list of last commands you typed in recently.
