[BUGBOT][Graphics] Map Particle Types 14 and 15 Not Displaying

Description

Map particle types 14 and 15 are not visible in the game, regardless of the entity attributes set, including defaults, white color, and full blend parameter.

Workarounds

The developer has tried adjusting entity attributes to make the particles visible, but without success.
