Description

The game's chat system does not support Cyrillic characters due to the font being used, which limits communication for players using the Cyrillic alphabet.

I recall this worked in 1.x, although note that Red Eclipse (like Cube 2 in general) does not support displaying all UTF-8 characters. It only supports a small subset, but it's enough for French, Spanish, German and should be enough for Russian at least (not sure about Greek).
