[BUGBOT][Gameplay] Waypoints not persisting after saving and reloading the map

Description

Waypoints disappear in Red Eclipse despite being saved using the /savewaypoints command, especially in specific areas of the map.

Workarounds

Manually recreate the missing waypoints after reloading the map.

Some waypoints, it's rare but happens. I'm noticing it on Cargo-64 more precisely:

If I drop any new waypoint in that circle around the glowpad (no collision) it will appear normally and link to neighboring waypoints. But once I save and restart the map it will be lost, even if I use the /savewaypoints command before reloading which does update the wpt file. Other waypoints are persisted correctly, it seems only a few in specific areas refuse to be saved. May or may not be related to #1500
