[BUGBOT][Gameplay] Janitor character dropping grenades instead of mines

Description

The issue involves the character 'Janitor' inconsistently dropping grenades instead of mines upon being defeated, which is contrary to expectations and indications in the game.

To fix this properly I really need to do the item drop rewrite, so I'm going to hold off on this one temporarily.
