Mines do not always explode/trigger when they should #1571

Easy to see with mine 2 as you can occasionally clearly pass through the laser, but it's also present with mine 1. This is not related to the speed the player travels through the zone that should trigger it as I have o served being able to stand stationary in a mine beam. I don't think this is a server/ping issue as it's present offline as well.

after further testing this is the same issue as #870, however it is cause in a different way. When the mine is traveling at high speeds it can clip into geometry, sometimes un-noticeably. this is caused by the player moving quickly, transferring momentum.
