Kamikaze changes #95

The recently approved kamikaze changes: http://redeclipse.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=601

New variable: kamikazedelayed (bool) Current behaviour (0), wait for the expiration of the cook timer before exploding (1). New option for kamikaze for only to explode if the grenade is currently being cooked

New defaults: kamikazedelayed 1 kamikaze -- whatever the new value for cooking is called (4?)

Argh!

On a more serious note: I really really wish this could be also implemented in real life. Suicide bombers are a real issue where I live.
