It seems nobody is using it so it's not doing much to enhance the UX, it only uses memory and makes the requests take longer to complete.
In addition to that, it does not conform to any standard, being pointless to use OIDC and provide a non-standard service. Let alone the fact it's really not that well made. I also think it's not the IdP's competence to handle notifications, do that adds a competence/coupling problem.
