Fixes for gfx1010 #4

Here are some fixes I used to get HIP-sdk to build on my Navi 10 GPU. I've tested it by rendering a relatively simple scene in Blender, which worked without issues.

@T0mstone Thank you for these fixes. I don't have a way of reliably testing these packages anymore so I really appreciate this PR.
