What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a FLAC cue file with chinese file name, linked to a chinese name
FLAC name

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The cue file should be able to open. "Can't find corresponding FLAC file"
error returned

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

sorry, my bad, unicode is supported, just my CUE file encoding problem
