Move bs-bn.js to "published" & order sources.json #4

Sorted sources.json values because I think it's easier to avoid dupes that way. But please lmk if you don't want the reordering and I'll rewrite the PR with just the bs-bn.js update. Thanks!

Thanks! The old ordering (and grouping) was deliberate, but I don't think I need it anymore. You're right that alphabetic rodering makes more sense :)

I'll update the site in a bit.
