Implement Modbus Protocol #27

Current Protocol is limited due to fixed length and also not standard.  
Implementing a standard Protocol will allow easier development of software due 
to availablity of the many software stacks around for this protocol.

decided agains using modbus as the protocol and have now implementing firmata, 
this is currently implemented but untested in the Development version of 2.0 
firmware
