This PR:

Introduces grunt-contrib-sass as a dev dependency and a step in the Grunt workflow.
Renames app CSS files (without modifying contents) according to the SCSS scheme: one {style, main, entry, whatever}.scss file that @imports specific files, all of which take an underscore prefix.
Introduces a new file -- _variables.scss -- to hold things like colors, fonts, etc. That way we can change the whole theme from a single file!
Renames client/css/ => client/styles/ (since it no longer holds CSS only).
Introduces a new directory -- client/styles/lib -- to hold third-party CSS like normalize. This makes it more obvious what's "our" styles and what's not, and keeps the SCSS file-matching patterns simple in the Gruntfile.
Strips out some dead code from style.scss.

CI stuff tracked in #168. Let's finish that first, merge it, and rebase this on top of it.
