[test-multi goal] add a forceLogReconfiguration parameter #105

Currently, all logs will be stored in the same log files as for the test goal, see #101 When this parameter is set to true, we will create log files in a specific directory for each runned project. We can use subdirectory as for the output directory (see #104)
