Here is what it logged in the maven console

[INFO] You are using maven-soapui-extension-plugin 4.5.1.5-SNAPSHOT (null; null)
[INFO] Soapui version: null

I've seen this in Travis build log file and in a post in the soapui forum

It seems there is a problem when retrieving values from the Manifest.

Done in the bug-76-wrong-version-on-ubuntu-openjdk branch.

Merged into master. Fixed in 4.5.1.5
