The delete-debug-ds.sh script I believe was unused because it was attempting to delete from DEFAULT_NAMESPACE. Regardless, the cnf-certification-test repo does the setup and tear down of the debug daemonset now so this is unused anyways.

We use the cnf-suite namespace for the debug daemonset now in production.
