Add the ability for a user to publish a new comment on a given post.
The comment model supports the option for a comment to be:
A direct comment of the post (this by not giving the comment_parent attribute a value.
A reply to another comment (this by giving the comment_parent attribute the other comment ID)
At first only support a comment being a direct comment of a post, after doing so open a new issue regarding creating a comment that will be a reply to another comment.
Also open a new issue regarding linking the comment button on a post to the correct href URL.
