Added the ability for a user to create and publish a new post. The new post creation form looks like the following:

• Installed django-crispy-forms package for easy styling forms.
• Added a CreateView for a new post.
• Added a redirection function on the post model to be used after creating new post.
• Set the post creation page url.
• Added a post creation html template.
• Added a link for creating new post in the base template.

Tasks for future PR's:

• Adding the ability to create a job-offer post

I haven't added any tests yet because I couldn't figure out how to test the new form, would love some advices on it.
