2 changes for the Preference model:

[x] Change years_of_experience field to a form of an enum holding the following values: "no experience", "0-2 years", "3-5 years", "5+ years".
[x] Add work_schedule field which is a form of an enum holding the following values: "Not specified", "Full-time", "Part-time", "Flexible"
