add coordinator tests #129

  1. Create mock data for coordinator tests
  2. Added Get request tests:
    • Verify that all only relevant data is rendered to the html page
    • Check that both 'item' & 'city' filters are filtering correctly.
    • Add Get request test:
    • send new coordinations data

      Verify new coordinations are saved to the DB. verify that related request status is changed to 'closed'
